Physician-led palliative care at home since 2009. Pain and symptom control, nursing visits, counselling and 24-hour support, so patients stay comfortable in familiar surroundings, close to family.
Patients with advanced or progressive illness who are no longer benefiting from curative treatment, or who choose comfort-focused care. A physician assessment before enrolment confirms clinical eligibility and sets an individual care plan.
Three structured packages by level of clinical need. Every package is tailored after the initial assessment, and families can upgrade or customise at any time.
Package prices include clinical staff time. Consumables (dressings, oxygen concentrators, medications) are billed separately at cost. Packages are billed monthly and reviewed every 30 days.
For patients who prefer not to enrol in a monthly package, individual visit rates apply. Invoices are issued after each service episode.

When symptoms cannot be safely managed at home, or a family needs respite, we admit patients for intensive symptom control, stabilisation and transition planning: acute pain crises, respiratory distress, neurological deterioration, complex wounds, nutritional support and end-of-life comfort care.
Daily rates include accommodation, nursing care, standard medications and physician rounds as indicated. Laboratory tests, specialist consultations, imaging and procedures are billed separately. Typical stay 3 to 14 days; longer stays convert to monthly billing. Admission by physician referral, walk-in assessment or transfer; bed availability via the front desk.
